I wanted to creative some playfulness on the interaction between children and wearables.
I made an animal hat with capacitive sensors in each ear. When pressed or touched, the hat will make sounds. Ideally with a SD card module for lilypad, the hat will be able to make sound of the animal of the hat, in this case, a panda. (Wait what does a panda sound like? ) This time, however, I was not able to add the animal sound due to the lack of hardwares.
I mixed conductive and non-conductive wool together to make capacitive sensors. Felt is the material of the hat.
